my dell xcd-28 phone was damaged when i received i sent to u guys for replace ment i send all my address proofs then too you guys deleivered to wrong place now i am facing all the trouble i didnt receive untill now and above all whenever i am calling you guys regarding my phone the associates hanging phone on me it happens allmost 4 times with me and i never got any appropriate answer untill not all the times associates says investigation is underprocess in 15 days they didnt found the phone which they know where they deleivered all the lies going on wid me
