As I have taken Hdfc Pension super Policy no.13910183 dtd.6-9-2010 from your Ankleshwar branch but I found mistake in print of my school leaving certificate in your policy kit.And I handover the policy kit to your Ankleshwar branch agent on 1-02-2011 for change the page of other person school leaving certificate and put my school leaving certificate but more than 12 month have been passed but I have not received back my original Policy Kit with changing. So I humbly request you to settle my problem immediately otherwise there is no alternative for me to go Grahak Suraksha Court.
