(1) Discount deduction which should be 50% has not been followed in july2009 & august 2009\'s bill & in the past also but reverted leter upon complaint. (2) For the past one year clip chargs are being collected inspite of TRAI rules and as per terms & conditions prevailing at the time of connection. (3) Network problems continue to seriously affect work performence. In the past I have visited & personally conveyed my complaint to the local office in jabalpur as well as registered it with the indore office but to no avail. I am distressed at the network problems & incorrect billing and to top it you have not responded to me so far. Please correct & resubmit the referenced bill to facilitate payment and make sincere efforts to improve network services and infuture.
