i am getting problem in my frigde...i called customer care lots of time..but nothing heppend..
i have register no of my complaint: ********61
i am bhanushali nilesh v. from naliya kutch..
serviceman came at my home and take motor with him n took out again n fitted in frigde..n from us he took charges new motor charg n service charge wiithout any receipt or bill.
when this accident happens after this no1 come at my home for service my fridge..still now in my fridge that problem is running..
if some stpes not will taken than ready for court procedure.
Complainant's Goal: in future we will not but samsung product.
