to day i asked for my sb a/c 40654 at iob brach m i road jaipur. there one madam dealing she refused. i request him i want statement for purpose of income tax return,but refused and told we have no record .weentered in pass book i told i have already surrender my passbook in your branch when i apply for transffer the banipark jaipur but she said we sent your passbook with your a/c.i told ihave not received.please give statement only but she refused. i want mention one thing that i trasffer my a/c due to unsatisfatotry behavior every time negetive response.so i decided and transffer my a/c to another branch.
kindly solve my problem and take appropriate action and intimate. thanks
