i purshase a laptop of lenovo company,model no-b490, they say onsite warranty but they not coming on-site ,then i take the laptop and drop there service center .,but there not giving warranty.they r saying u take warranty by service center.,& service center saying u take warrnty by lenovo call center.i hares the lenovo company laptop. please action on this lenovo company.
