I purchased Alto 800 Lxi on 28-March-2014 from the dealer BHARATH AUTO CARS P LTD, Mangalore. On the third day of purchase I came to know that there is defect in the car. On accelerating car while running, it sounds like lorry whose muffler is broken.
I informed this issue to the dealer on the very next day. But after checking service people asked wait until first service is done. Please note that dealer did not provide any acknowledge to the complaint.
I have completed my service on 16-Apr-2014 but issue remains the same. I have informed dealer about this and they took vehicle to resolve this issue on 19-Apr-2014. But it did not. It remains the as before. I called the Team leader whose name is Yashwanth who was present at the time of delivery of new car. His response was rude.
Below was his reply.
"I have forwarded your complaint to service team and check with them only. I have done my job."
Below are my queries
* Is this right way to handle client?
* If it is so how can I expect good service from your side in future.
* Is it my fault that I owned new car which already had defect?
Till now,In total 4 times my Car has been to dealer's place regarding same issue. but no use.
I am feeling frustrated that my new car has defect and I do not feel value for my money.
