Dear sir , I have purchased the electric vehicle from Sri Manunatha electric bike, muthu nivas, no. 391,4th main road,K.R.Puram extension, Krishna raja puram Bangalore..560036. Mr. Aswathnarayana the owner of the show room is not responding to customer either in person or on telephone. He is very reluctant to any clarification. I have purchase this bike on 14.01.2013 . continesouly one or the day the parts of the bike is falling down for ex on 20.01.2013 the right hand mirrow is fallen down and we cannot fix it. on 26.01.2013 the side stand nut has fallen down I have replaced, on 10.02.2013 the side stand has fallen down, on 16.02.2013 the centre stand and tail lamp fixture is fallen down, ,road side persons saw and informed us, we have picked up and fixed. on 26.02.2013 the right hand trottle has fallen down

When we complaint to the agency Sri Manjunath electric bike, he says selling is only our job , other complaints report to manufacturer.
He is not opening the show room , there is no proper mechanic with the agency, there is no proper tools to handle the complaints. You refer to the neighbour of the shop. Iam not at all satisfied with product and the service of the agency. the cost of vehjcle is Rs39500.00 which is total waste. In little bank / steep road the vechile will not run we have to push the vechile, public are laughing at me while I am pushing, there are lot of complaint which i am unable to express through this space.

Please help us to get back our money or good bike for money which paid. He has collected the vat money and not remitted to tax office Bill no.018 dtd 15.01.2013 pl check.
