i have purchased whirlpool refrigerator model no: 310DX PROF. TITANIUM from VIJAYSALES, branch: devarc mall, S.G. highway, Ahemdabad. as on 8-9-2011, bill no:156.
i want to register complaint for refrigerator which has a very low cooling from last 60 days( problem facing from 14-5-2011)
now there is a problem of low cooling from last 60 days, once i complained about this and refrigerator was taken to service center (HARIOM SERVICE CENTER, GHANDHINAGAR)
their technician told for gas filling and they returned the product after six days
but from the next day the problem is same still there is very low cooling it means the problem is not solved, so please this is request to replace the product.
for this i have registered complaint again as on 5-7-2011 and the ref no. AH0********5
