I HAD PURCHASE BAJAJ DISCOVER 100T FROM SUMAN AUTOS B-777-78 SECTOR-2 NOIDA ON 30 /10/2013 MY BIKE NO -UP-14 CC 0686.THOUGH DEALER HAD GIVEN US ACCIDENTIAL BIKE .THERE WAS A PROBLEM IN THE HANDLE & FORK .BIKE GOES TO THE RIGHT SIDE FROM THE BEGINING.BUT THEY USED TO HANGING AROUND ME THAT THE HANDLE IS OK BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO CHANGE IT.FOR LAST 1 YEAR I USED TO GO SHOWROOM MANY TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO CHANGE THE FORK.THOUGH BAJAJ HAD GIVEN 2 YEARS WARRANTY .WHY THEY ARE NOT READY TO CHANGE IT I HAD TALK TO MR TOMAR (SERVICE MANAGER).KINDLY HELP US TO CHANGE THE FORK. I HAD DRIVEN ONLY 9000 KM .WARRANTY IS STILL THERE . IF YOU WONT HELP US I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT. ABOUT THIS.THANKING YOU
