I am purchased fujezone Dual SIM full Touch Screen Mobile set through HOME SHOP 18 vide order no. ********7 dated 09-08-2010 and received product on 17-08-2010.
Both this set fujezone Dual SIM full Touch Screen Mobile set and Free dual SIM phone T 10 are not in working condition. Dual SIM full Touch Screen Mobile set not charging.
Video/voice recording is not in working condition. Mobile set also not accepting memory card. Voice on receiving side and on calling side is not clear.Dual SIM full Touch Screen Mobile set is nothing but it is a toy. I have complained to HOME SHOP 18 with in 3 days after receiving product and complained no. is ********. As per direction of HOME SHOP 18, I send Dual SIM full Touch Screen Mobile set to said address. and received replaced set through replacement no. ******** but newly received product is also in same condition so I request to HOME SHOP 18 to please refund my amount Rs. 5000/- or replace properly checked and in working condition mobile sets.

because i have also purchased the mobiles from homeshop 18 & my both mobiles are not working properly. i have sent the mobiles 2 times for repairing but after 15 days the mobile again shows same faults. now i m sending it for third time
