vodafone tamilnadu - I am not satisfied with vodafone mobile service provider

My vodafone mobile number is ********36. I bought this number on July 3rd and recharged Rs.98 on July 4th for internet. At this time my validity available for one month. But, unfortunately my validity expired on July 8th. So, i have complained on July 9th.
The complaint customer care person said the validity refunded within 24 hours. But, not yet resolved. Always saying irresponsible answers. They are not followed tray rules for satisfying customer.So, please concern this complaint and take action to vodafone.
Complainant's Goal: I want to money back and penality from vodafone for not resolving my problem
