i have booked my bike for parcel to new delhi on 21st of november. until now it is not yet loaded on trian from coimbatore. now i want to cancel my parcel since it is late to serve the purpose. but the railway is not canceling my paracel booking. so kindly help to cancel my parcel and to get back my money.

Complainant's Goal: I want my money and bike back.
