My cell no. is ********39, I converted my mobiles sim from MTNL to Reliance.Reliance company given me sim back on 9th march & service given from 9th march.but unfortunately the company made rental bill from 26thfeb. to 5th march.when I didnt paid the bill the company suspended my a\c & restricted le my my services. now my another phone 0********01 blocked by company due to this bill.my complaint is that when a company restrict services how can they charge rental bill.
