i was travelling by avadh exp from Nke to bdts pnr no 6201894592 with my family coach no. S- 15.the coach was crowded with w/L passenger the toilet became dirty by these unreserved passenger before it reached ratlam station and water got over in the toilet. at ratlam station i complaint to the guard and station incharge.nothing was done and the train started moving i pulled the chain.now everyone came including the station master and police perssonel and started scaring me by detaining me.but idid not deter and other fellow passengers supported me.by doing this they only cleaned the toilet manually not by their machines but did not fill water in the compartment.promising falsely that it will be filled at dahod[where there is no facility].we had a harrowing time after that since there was no water.i complain against the SM who was well dressed but did not perform his duty,after being paid handsomely by the ralways.it was 5pm on 16th nov 2011.this is for your information and necessary action.
