Dear Sir,
Almost eight months are over since I had complained.( Refer to Complaint No.4442 dtd. 27/08/2010 )
During this period,the machine was taken to Service Centre Twice.( Not because I had Complained on site,but my regerous follow up with company officials ).Every alternate month,ICs blows off,Circuit gets damaged & all.
But still nobody pays attention seriously.
As of now,the machine is in dead condition,because the IC is damaged & engineer says,it should be imported from Delhi,as usual.
After previous complaint,I receieved only one mail from company,but no proper action was initiated.
I think Company is only waiting to get 'Warrenty Period'over.So that,they can have the recurring income of Service Charges Every Month.
Whirlpool taught me a lesson worth Rs.17000/-
