Sir, i am writing this complaint while travelling in the train from Guwahati to katihar. The coach attendent did not provide us fresh set of bedsheets. he just repacked the used bedsheets and gave us , and the packet does not contain towel as it was mentioned on the enveloped. After arguing with the coach attendant we were told that they dont have fresh bedsheets and towels were not given by the contractor.
we were also told that there is no use of any complaint as nothing will going to change because the contractor just bribe the concerned person for the contract.
so its better to avoid indian railways.

The indian railway is not bothered about the passengers and it would be better if we don't discuss the food and the catering part of Indian Railways. We are paying whatever is asked for..........STILL WE R TREATED SO SHABBILY.

i know that nothing will going to change but someone has to complaint
