I purchased your above product from Ludhiana on 02.07.2007 and from the very first day it did not come up to my satisfaction. No doubt the Company had made its effort to bring in the most automated functions but I am sorry to say that the product was not tested by your Division before launching the same in the market. Neither the spares or expertise are available in the market. My misery does not come to an end that the same thing is also not available with your authorised service centres/dealers.

It got starting problem and had to be taken to your dealer i.e. M/s DP Goyal Automobiles, Patiala ( Punjab ) on 04.01.2014 and after retaining the vehicle by those people only starting problem with kick only has been rectified where as the automatic self system has not been made operational by them. Upon asking they said that the part is not available with them and they had sent a request to their Pune Office, which costs around Rs.2000.00. After repeated inquiries and visits to your above dealer, they have finally come up with the excuse that the same is not available with their Pune Office. I fail to understand why the product is thrown in the market when spares and service for the same is not available with you. This thing can not be expected from a organisation of repute like yours.

I request you to kindly arrange for its repairs and replacement of necessary parts at an early date.
