railways - i am not satisfied with special train 06616

I got a reserved ticket for 06616 chennai express... from salem to chennai..
Actually schedule time mentioned was 19:35.. due to some reasons the train reached by 20:30 .. it is quite normal in railways.. but in display boards and enquiry it s MENTIONED AS PLAT FORM NO. 2 and we have been waited there nearly one and half hour ... after some time without any announcement the train reached and came in to PLATFORM NO. 1. HOW COME WE KNOW... IF THE PLATFORM NO. CHANGED .... MANY PASSENGERS SUFFERED A LOT.. SOME OF THE PEOPLE CAME TO KNOW ONLY BY 20:25, MANY OLD PERSONS ARE THERE AND HOW THEY GOT IN TO TRAIN IN THAT TIME...
IN AC COACH .. THEY DIN PROVIDE BEDSHEETS.....
PLEASE AVOID THIS .......
Complainant's Goal: PROPER ANNOUNCEMENT SHOULD BE THERE IF PLATFORM NUMBER CHANGES
