I had purchased a television model no.BZ212M80, SERIAL NO.6213561 ON 03/02/2007. IT \'S SOUND HAS GONE OUT OF ORDER THREE TIMES TILL DATE. FIRST TIME IT OCURRED 3/4 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THEN IT WAS REPAIRED FREE OF COST. LAST TIME WHEN IT GOT OUT OF ORDER IN DEC\'2008 I TOLD THEM TO REPLACE IT BECAUSE SAME PROBLEM IS OCCURING EVERY NOW AND THEN. THEY DID NOT AGREE AND REPAIRED IT AT COST.

I ALSO HAVE TWO MORE GUDGETS OF SAME COMPANY. THEY ALSO DID NOT WORK FOR LONG TIME. ONE CD WALKMAN WORKED FOR ONLY 2 YEARS, ONE MUSIC SYSTEM WORKED FOR 3.5 YEARS. I HAD LOT OF FAITH IN THIS COMPANY AND PURCHASED ALL THESE THINKING THEY WILL WORK ATLEAST FOR 10 YEARS.

SPECIALLY IN THE CASE OF TV I WAS BETRAYED BY THE COMPANY.

PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD.
