"as placed to M/s. "TIMTARA.com" over 8 weeks ago & as it has not been even
shipped by them after many commitments by your support team over phone,

As 3 weeks limit also has crossed & it is not even shipped, I purchased this
mobile from local shop, as I needed it urgently. I told them refund me with in 7 days, as per your return policy mentioned below. But they did not have cancel the order till date.Please take serious action against them.Their customer care department don't have any authority also, if you talk more they disconnect the line. I would recommend to file case against this organisation to windup the business so that balance people will not loose their hard earn money.
