Dissatisfaction with the Services and customer care.
I am using spidigo from last 1 and half year. but since last month i cant use it properly. i have complained for 5-6 times to customer care. but i am not satisfied with it. They just registerd it but dint give me permenant solution. The speed is also very slow. my Package is 256/-kbps bt I get downloading 10-15 KBPs.
Complainant's Goal: I want all days back from the date of first complain.
