Dear Sir,
I brought Samsung mobile model # E1160I with bearing SLno.
RW5z796550N purchased date: 07/08/2010 IMEINO. 351********3280
The problem with mobile is Auto shutdown/switch off.. i went 3 times to Samsung Aurthorised Service centre for the same problem (i.e mobile was switching off automatically)

Service centre excecutives informed that they have initiated refund of the mobile amount. Rs.1600/- however due to damaze of head phone they are going to charge Rs.500/- for head phone.
Please do me a favour as I suffered a lot since I purchased this mobile.
even it is a matter of 1600/- but it troblmed me mentally and physical alot.. So I am seeking compensation for this... Please advise..
