Future Bazaar India - I am not satisfied with futurebazar

I had placed a order on futurebazar.com to purchase 11 items and they canceled my order stating that there was 'Pricing error' in some items. Order number is 5003254353. Also they said money paid by me will get refunded but they refunded only INR 119.0 against the payment of INR 199.10. As they have cancelled my order I should have got my full money back, but they have not done this so I would like to have this matter resolved and ideally I should get my full order delivered as they may be cancelling orders to earn money without giving items to costumer.

I got discount coupon and it worked well. I received order done using this coupon. Items looks good.
But As I said before the coupon amount was very low compared to the items ordered in my original order.

Future-bazaar just keeps promising that they will give coupon and the amount of coupon they are offering is very low and they told I will get it in 15 days but already 20 days to that promise.... strange!!!!

First of all Future bazaar refunds Rs. 80 less after 12 days from which order was placed and then they refund remaining amount because customer reports them the issue.

As a customer you should be tracking down until you receive your money for all most about a month and then future bazaar asks for apologies. I think future bazaar must pay penalty for such mistakes so that they don't repeat them again and again.

I support this complaint. they do same. Ship only one product from order and remaining did cancelled, though their end fault of "pricing error". they are irresponsible... please don't buy anything from their website... they have website to rob customer

A couple of weeks back even I had few issues with order processing on Future Bazaar website.. Their technology is very disappointing and their concern for customer satisfaction is definitely of low standards.. I will never go and shop again from their website .... never ...

I also faced same problem and even I tried to talk with Media IndiaTV but even they have not take any action related to this or publish this kind of news because they are busy to show news like "Chhat pe fasy bili" or "Tigeress love story".
