my ACCOUNT NUMBER 338382..

i am P.Niteesh Reddy taken a Broadband bconnection and i had shifted my connection from uppal to begumpet . I made a request on 30 july , but they contacted me on 03 Aug..
And they made all connections and they had gone away. But till now from 05 aug there is no response from ur office ..If we makes calls to ur office it takes 24 hours they are saying from 05 aug onwards. But till now there not yt activated and ur executive does n't visit my home...

my complaint starts from 05 aug 9249233 my ticket number which ..we need set to activated and tell the process... 12.11pm,14.37pm two times we made a a call to customer care they said we are sending...
On 06 Aug -9268073 on 15.07
On 07 Aug 17.40pm
On 08 Aug 17.10 17.12,
on 09 Aug 09.32 12.55 17.20
On 10 Aug 09.28 12.53 12.55 12.56 15.01 20.16
And on 10 Aug one executive called me up and said we will be coming within 5minutes at 6.00 his mobile number is ********00 ur executive number .. we made nearly 102 calls after 7.00pm but does't lift my call...
On 11 Aug 09.49am 12.48pm 14.59pm 15.01pm ....

this are the timings we made a interaction with the customer exexcutive but till now no response from you Beam...

Make a note .. we are customer .. if u does not satisfy the customer how u are going to lead it.

The most pathetic customer service I've ever experienced, Beam telecom have hired every possible fool who doesn't what customer service is and not to mention the service techs who have no clue about fixing simple issues.

Hello Mr. Beam Telecom
This issue happend to me also. My ticket no is 9521769. Please check and don't say lies to customers and don't give fake promises. One more thing we not feeling well to call ******** bcoz if we are dieing aslo ur people will say " Sir Please wait 24hr " Ur customer care is dump your Service is worst.
