Respected Madam/Sir,

Here I want to draw your kind attention regarding my new Pulsar 150 UG 4.5.I have purchased new Bajaj pulsar UG 4.5 on the evening of 12.03.2010.It's Chassis No: MD2 DHD HZZSCL29904, Engine No: DHG BSL 19420.

I am from the family who are very fond of about Bajaj vehicles’. I have maintained my service book also as your described format. But unfortunately when I went to make my 1st paid service on 24.09.2010 then from the service station (NEW COUNTRY MOTORS, BARRACKPORE WHO IS THE SUB DEALER OF ROLTA BAJAJ.KOLKATA) , I came to know that CYLINDER PISTON (UG 4.5) of my bike is damaged. However I am a good maintainer of your prescribed periodic table for servicing. But it’s not my issue. whether still I have 1.5 years to enjoy the waranty,but if I cant get the replacement of my bike’s Cylinder piston in time then other parts of my bike should damaged, and my tenure of warranty become finished. From 24.09.10 to till date you and Your esteemed dealers of bike and parts are unable to solve my problem. Their shouted Corus like as "UG 4.5 CYLINDER PISTON is not available”. Beside of this they told me and insisted me also to find out and buy the UG 4.5 CYLINDER PISTON from the market. How funny it is???????? Then suggest me what do I do? With in 8th month from Date of Purchasing if I can’t get a replacement like a major part (cylinder piston ug 4.5) then it should be an utter and bitter experience, which is not accepted from Bajaj auto limited itself……

9. Date of submission of my bike for repairing : 6-12-2010

Osl Bajaj auto service centre said me that my problems will be solved within utmost 10 days time. But today after completing 10days period, osl Bajaj told me that they are in totally dark about my case and they can’t make commitment when I may get my fully cured (!) byke.it is very painful experience for me. For these several incidents compelled me to think as I am the sole responsible for my damage and
myself the most culprits in front of Bajaj family and I made the mistake as being purchasing your brand. It’s my fault to choice your brand from 28th sept'10 to till date I am facing the same. Please make it clear may I get the service or not?

Please ensure me whether my problem will be solved or not. For yours reference plzz follow through previous mails. Confirm me the same in immediate effect, neither I don’t have the option except
CONSUMER FORUM.BEING a ASM OF A REPUTE MANUFACTURING COMPANY (The Bombay Burmah Trading Corp. Ltd. Sunmica Division) I KNOW THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SAME.

Sir, plzz don’t compel ME to do the same. If it occurs then I might be most unfortunate
