APC India - I am not satisfied with APC UPS 600 service

When this UPS installed that day itself issue ,if system on next 5 min system will restart ,not able to work
already two times logged complaint (CI-3258262621 & CI-3438731244) still now issue not resolved,again and again same issue
I was very worried the learding company service is very very poor
so can you change the another new UPS ,if not change i will sent to company back
