Complaint regarding excessive wear & tear of tyres(Appolo Make) got lodged on 5/8/13.No status of complaint conveyed through e-mail/sms/telephonically yet inspite of several calls from me .The condition of tyres is worst & needs immidiate replacement as tyres against which complint has been lodged failed prematurelyat millage of about 12500 Kms. only from fitment date. It has become very deficult for me to run my vehicle with these prematurely worn out tyres.Since these tyres are under warranty & my claim is justified as tyres has been worn out even after proper alignment which was got checked from the agency of Novelty Hyundai at pathankot on 5/8/13 at the time of lodging of complaint, should be replaced immidiately withot any further delay.
