Teleshopping - I am not satisfied with Teleshopping-Acupresssure and Health Product

My wife had bought a hair straightener from GIP mall , sec-18 noida from Teleshopping on 18 july 2010 and i got a proper bill from them. Now it not working and i want to replace this, On bill sales person mentioned his number and this office number. First number was not working and on second number as i call they said this what not there product , i told some suresh named sale person give this number. Then they provided me number of suresh and told they had no responsibility for that product. Now after contacting with suresh again he told he is busy in Trade fare and not able to give any service right now... This was really a bad experience with TELESHOPPING (acupressure and health Product). No body is now taking responsibility for the product , while 2 year warranty and 1 year guaranty was mentioned on the bill.
