automobile - i am not satisfied for vodafone service providers

dear sir/madam

iam using to vodafone & tata and bsnl since 8years. vodafone customer care was very poor customer carrying,
they may connect on long time and it will not connect to customer excutive,how many hours waiting on excutive connect
yesterday was 90 rs debited with my mobile number, i do know why it was debited with my account, may i know the reasons to connect a customer care call that will not responding till now. why should make a call customer care if have any queries may call to them.those cumputer voice tell to the features and roaming etc etc etc, but our doubt not cleared. my other service was good tata and bsnl. my request number was 1508604210
