I called customer care to activate miss call alerts , the agent informed me the charges for a year is Rs149 , i asked her to activate it, she said there can only activate a monthly pack, she asked me to send a sms OMCIY to 54300, I sent the sms but the reply i received was:
Hi customer we are sorry the service which you are searching is not available , continue to search for other VAS services.
This is not the type of customer service i expected with Idea.

Complainant's Goal: I want to activate miss call alerts (yearly) Rs149 or for Free.

I called customer care and a representative asked to send SUB OMCIY to 54300 , the miss call service is now successfully activated.
