I HAD THIS CONNECTION OF AIRCEL WITH NUMBER ********22 SINCE LONG TIME.
I ID NOT USE IT FOR 3 MONTHS AND IN THE BEGINNING OF JULY 2012 I WANTED TO use it . When I switched on the phone there was message(Dated 2 july 2012 ) telling me that a VAS has been activated on my phone ,there is not enough balance on my phone and I have to recharge it to avail the VAS.
I went to the local franchise and explained him of this. He got the VAS deactivated. Then I got a recharge of 32 rs and 70 rs.on 2-7-2012
The same day I received SMS telling me that Aircel friend zone has been activated and Rs 30 has been charged.The same day another SMS was received declaring that another VAS by name Aircel Power Play has been activated and charged 30 Rs.
I have recharged with 70 rs and even before I made a single phone call aircel has knocked away 60 rs out of the 70 rs. I went back to the franchisee and he got both Value Added (DIS) Services deactivated.. My 60 rs was restored to me.
To my surprise again on 9-7-2012 I received SMS declaring that 30Rs has been charged from my account and Aircel Power Play has been activated. I again went to the franchisee and he got it deactivated. But the charges that were collected have not been restored to my account.
On 16 july , another VAS was activated and 30 rs knocked away. All these charges have been made all by themselves by aircel without my explicit consent. They made me go round the franchisee several times. They have subjected me to harassment.
So I want that the matter be taken to the notice of Regulatory authority and that the money knocked away from me for the past several months may be restored to me. Aircel has to compensate me for the harassment.

This is a tactics of Mobile operator to generate revenue.. To keep their revenue high, the do a scan of cellphone which are non operative for some time (lets say 30 days - 60 days),then they will simply activate services on these phones randomly for consumer to bang his head..
Effectively 85 % of such consumer will never compliant. & for the few who complain. mental harassment deters them for any conclusion.. SAD but TRUE.. thats the reason we all are from Developing country where ethics are always kept aside be it politics or services
