I am writing to inform you that how I am bitterly disappointed with the unkind attitude of Godrej service centre situated in Coimbatore. The facts of the case are as follows.....
I complained about my refrigerator problems on 12.06.2012. It was found that the refrigerator had the compressor problem. Service personnel took the unit to the service centre on 15.06.2012. I had no response after that. I had repeatedly phoned them. Even then there was no proper response. An tempo driver brought the refrigerator only on 25.06.2012. I was shocked to see the unit because the unit has so many scratches, cuts, and dents. It was like a new refrigerator but now it is in a battered condition. I am also writing with a heavy heart that I have made many phone calls to the Godrej service centre. They are deaf to my requests. The dismantled pieces are not yet assembled as the unit was delivered by the tempo-driver. My call no. is 1206457596 and CSN is 757. Their lethargic and unkind attitude has caused me mental stress and inconvenience as I am not able to store anything in the refrigerator for a long time.
I appeal to you will personally look into this complaint and take necessary actions at the earliest.
