Hv purchased i 20 sprts crdi in oct 2011 till 15000 km my vehicle run like any thing but aftr that my life became hell wen i mention the problem inthe vehicle that when i turn my car on to right side my car steering vibrate and make noise onn the same time in orion hyundai when i mention these thingto the service head he said come in the evening ur car will get ready in the evening .when i came back in the evening the problem is still there they sais left the car here we will reaolve the problem .my car lying there for 3 days every time. Every day i go over there and check the car they start using hit n trial method ....one thing i will tell my car is not a testing machine.......after 3rd day they we had changwd the aps motor .now ur peoblem will be splved whwn u run ur vehicle 100 km .
Then after that the same problwm arise.
In 3rd service i again mention the same problem still problem is the same.....
In 4th service they is aome problem in the sensors which comes under warranty ....we have to take approval from the company part will be available after 15 days
..today now almost 1and half month passed ....there is no responce from the service deptt....
I hv also given the same thing in writting to the orion hyundai service centre....same old story....no responce......so i requested u to kindly look in to this matter and aolbe the problem...
