I purchased HTC Tatoo mobile phone from a genuine mobile phone seller from Ahmedabad, India for IRs.18000 (~$400). This model doesnot meet mandatory Bluetooth standard specification of file trasnfer feature. This means, this phone can not transfer JPG (images) or other small size files (photo) to other Bluetooth enabled mobile phone. Without this feature, I cannot use this phone for my special usage. When I contacted the HTC company, I got reply that they are that this feature is not working on this model and they working on software update to make this basic feature working. To their reply, I proposed to replace me such an expensive phone with other comparable HTC model. Surprisingly, the company does not want to replace. As per the Bluetooth specifications guidelines, no company an use Bluetooth logo or Bluetooth feature availibility if their device does not comply Bluetooth agreed specifications. The HTC Tatoo company should come up with honest and fair response. - Kenil Patel
