I have booked a honeymoon package for Maldives through Starling Club. I have made payment in 2 Parts. They have booked my package and send tickets and other details but some time all tickets and hotel booking are canceled without any prior notice. when I call them they said we will checked but after repetitive call they are refusing my calls and not taking my calls. I am in very much trouble please help me. My wedding is on 24th January.

I have booked my Keral package by Starling Club, My booking id SC000189.
I have paid Rs 30500 through HDFC Netbanking to the Starling Club.Afterwards they have denied to book my trip ad i have asked for the refund and they have refuses to give payment and informed me that till one year we cant refund you the payment.They have also send me Refund confirmation that you will get your refund amount of Rs 30500/- on 22nd April 2017.
Now today when i am calling to there given numbers all Landline phones are out of services.
Please help me to get my amount of Rs 30500/-/
i talk to one of the representative last week & they give me assurance to refund the money . They ask me the account details & i got my refund 78,000/- yesterday & also i got a trip with all confirmation through Starling club. Now i m happy very munch & thanks to Ms. Siya.

this is to inform you all , i have not received any single payment from Starling Club. someone have put comments that i have received all payments but this is not true. if someone get call from Starling Club please be alert.
