Pl provide in your site the charges which would be charged by the pantry.

To the best of my knowledge and also as per your circular in december 2012 the rate of veg meal is 50 rupees whereas your pantry was charging Rupees 60/- in 12345 saraighat exp
on 18.7.2013 in coach no B3.

Pl also inform a sms no where a customer can make complaint thru sms directly from the train.
