With out my knowledge a transaction has happend on my hdfc credit card online with the merchant name as M/s FIS MARKETING AND BPO SOLUTIONS. With in 24 hrs of the transaction I have lodged a compliant with hdfc bank and blocked my car and has raised a dispute on this transaction . Till now I have sent many mails and done many calls on this case to hdfc people. Every time they are trying to convince me and trying to accept me as I have done this transaction. They are not supporting the customer even with that mervhnat name I have searched in google I dint get any company or adress to call and file a case.

with out any dwtails police are not willing to apfile an FIR. And finally hdfc people still asking me that it has done trough safe gate way and yoy have done it so if its an error while doing transaction provide a screenshot or any proof.

doesnt is seems awkward againt hdfc as I m saying I dint did the transactions and I dint get any services or goods from that merchant and they are adking me to provide scrrenshots. What is this cant you think a minute if I did the transactions with my knowledge why I will raise a disoute.

why you are not helping the customer. As I have raised the dispute the merchnat has to show the service aaceptance from the customer to accept payment and to close the isuue.

Insread of collecting all those from merchant Rediculosly HDFC BANK officials are mailing me that I have done tge transaction.

I m very much depressed with this case. Still have a hope that bank will help me.
