I have not received IT refund of Rs.11590/- as determined for the AY 2006/07.
I received letter No. 24(3)/ Refund/ 2009-10/Kol/174 dated 13.08.2009, in relation to refund from Mr Sukesh Adhikary, I.T.O WARD – 24 (3)/ Kolkata, against which I have written to him several times to update my bank account (SB A/C 33210046912), Standard Chartered Bank, 41 Chowringhee, Kolkata 7000 71.
However, my bank account is not updated as yet!
Unless my account is updated, ITax department cannot refund my money.
Complainant's Goal: To update my bank account no. so as to get mt IT refund.
