Back in 2008 ,(dont remember the month and date) all of a sudden I received a back courier with an approved loan amount of 2.5 lakh although never applied for any such thing. I returned it to the postman then and there. But that time never realised that ICICI a reputed bank like them will do such fraud things.
I got a call 6-7 month before that there is a loan pending on my name from back 2008. I was shocked to hear because till now neither I use any Credit card nor have any loan. Yes applied recently but didnt get qualified.So I ignored the call.
Yesterday i.e. 12th Dec 2013 again I stated getting calls where this man was using unwanted abusing languages and also misbehaved with my wife when she received the call. They started threatening me that they will contact my work place and will make sure I loose my job. Even they somehow arranged contact numbers of my relatives ad started calling them. I have lodged an FIR in Vasant Vihar police station on the phne number and the person's name. he said he is from ICICI Bank.

I have few question for ICICI bank:

1)Who gave you authorization to fake others information and approve loan on their name?

2)If you have any problem whey can't you send a legal notice and follow proper procedure?

3)Who authorised you all to harrass me, my family and my friends?

4)Where is the adherence to privacy policy by the bank?

Really like to know what ICICI bank will do on such blackmail and hooliganism despite of the verdict issued by RBI in 2007. If required I will go upto RBI and make them listen the recording calls that I have received from ICICI bank.

I want a bank person to contact me (who is professional enough to speak proper English) and a apology letter for my harassment.
