I tried to book three tickets for my family members travelling to same destination on different dates. I had to stand in three lines as it was written on reservation form that one person can give only one form. I just fail to understand that these rules are for public convenience or to harass them. If I try to book on line, I have to pay Rs 20/- extra for each ticket. To save this money I have to waste more 2 Hrs as booking clerk refused to take three forms written in same hand writing. In my opinion forms having same address, same contact number and same signature should be accepted or on line booking charges should be cancelled. During last budget one minister was forced to resign because he dared to raise second class fares. I hope that these rules will e modified.
