I have recently purchased a Honda Activa from this dealership. The registration number of my vehicle is MH14 3354. To my despair when I gone to collect my vehicle on 5th April and found the seat console was shaking. The dealership people were willing to rectify the same and said that it would done by 6th April. I made trip on a Sunday morning again on 6th April and realized nothing was done. Vehicle is still not delivered to me.
I must highlight even when the registration of the vehicle had to be done the service was below power and it clearly seemed they wanted to fleece money from me. I had handed over my address proof (agreement copy, lic receipt and lic policy copy). They still insisted on paying Rs600/- for affidavit.
I have recently purchased a Honda Activa from the dealership of KUN HONDA ADYAR . I have the seat locking issue in the motorcycle in from the date of purchase. My date of purchase was 27 July 2023. still the issue is unresolved after the intimation given to the dealership since from the date of purchase.
