Hi

This is mail is regarding the complaint and harassment that I have been facing with Flipkart regarding the product I ordered called:
Nitho Wireless Shockpad , OD40118065204

OD40118075463: the product

I order two same products one with amoutn of Rs. 853 and another with amount of Rs.952 aprox. Below mentioned is the trailing mail I asked flipkart to transfer the funds to my bank a/c since due to some seller policies they did not allowed this cash from being used to make another transaction on flipkart.

However, the transfer was never made. They are again delaying the process by again asking confirmations while as you can see in the trail mail I already did the needful.

While their is another compalaint regarding wrong product they have sent me. On 22nd Jan, 14 when I should have been receiving Nitho Wirelsess Shockpad I got a box with baby sipper. The next day product got returned. Now when flipkart is supposed to send the same product at Rs. 853 to me, instead of that they said the product is now out of stock and the amount of product is increased to Rs. 1200 approx. Forcing me pay more for then what I ordered for.

First flipkart faltered on making wrong delivery and then forcing/ harassing customer to pay more for the product. On the top of this they sent again the ekart person next day asking for the wrong product while the pickup was already done the day before.

I would request consumer greivenace to provide relief and provide me the product on same transaction that I made of Rs. 853 with some compensation.

Hi I have place an order for nitho shock pad.. I wanted to place another order for the same product but the seller this time said "Wallet payment option is only available for orders where WS Retail is the sole seller."

So I would like this cash of Rs.605 to refunded in my Bank Account of Kotak Bank. Details already shared with customer care

Months back i ordered a shoe from "FLIPKART'. I was delivered the wrong size and then they assured me to give the ordered size but instead they gave me another wrong size and later i was told they don't have the size i ordered when it was already given in the site that they had the size. They didn't return the money and beside i can't even make another purchase from the money which they told that it has been transferred to my e-wallet. I would request them to please either give my money back or allow me to purchase other items from that payment.
