Dear Sir
I am holding a LPG Domestic Gas connection from Hindustan Petroleum and distributor name is GANGA ENTERPRISES and facing lot of issue while booking the cylinder for refilling. I have complained several times earlier as well related to the issues I am facing with GANGA Enterprises like
a) Their provided Phone numbers most of the times remains busy
b) By any chance if we got connected to their phone number then they don’t accept the booking and ask to visit the office to book the refill.
c) They have blocked my consumer number for online booking
d) Every Month they took 25 days to deliver the cylinder and then i have to use other modes which are expensive and almost cost me INR 1000/- every month extra.
