I had made order of philips aqua shaver on 2-5-2016 and my order no is ******** from neartion.com , got the product as payment was cash on delivery as on opening got the product damaged and used . as had made complaint on website they made the return request of product and had make the return of the product and had told that will got the refund in 3 days . but till now after many days had not got the return and the customer service is also not giving any answer . as i think that they had made fraud with me . pls help me out to make my refund .
