general enquiry - Getting missed calls from unknown mobile number

I am getting missed calls from ********15 , have got the details as Anand B from Rajajinagar , want to register a police complaint against this number.

Complainant's Goal: to catch this person who is giving missed calls to my number

dear sir, phone Numbers 91 ********66 and 91 ********77 and talk bed language thiis men use very bed language plese lodge a complant against this number and kindly block any phone calls this numbers
