Insurance - Future Generali Insurance Policy sold through misrepresentation

The agent of the above Insurance company sold me the Life Insurance Policy of premium Rs.38000 annual premium through misrepresentation and false commitment of loan.On complaining and even sending the recordings of communications with the agents the company has not taken any action against the agents for their unfair practices.Please guide what can be done so that customers are not cheated and fraud people can be punished.
