Sir,

I have been using Internet services for last one year!

For last six months I starting facing problems with YOU broadband,
I lodged several complaints with them but no use!
They used rectify the problem temporarily!

I used to take 3-months pack once in every 3-months period! The package is YOU Discover which costs RS 1348/-
for 3-months period where they were giving 12 GB free usage at 4 MBPS speed, I got attracted to this package and
so I bacame one of the victim!

Most of the time the net used to be down for some or the other reason.
I used to complain very frequently! Mean time the of 3- months would to be completed, thogh most of my MBs were to left over
and so they they are expired when I contact!

The next time i took another package of lesser volume but valid for one month, Here the issue is My MBs are finished early and
I kept quite without recharging my A/C thinking my MBs are over and days are left and that would not hamper my my billing!,
Those YOU people also used to keep quite till the time my valid period is over and used disturb me calling daily for next recharge!

I waited for few days more thinking not to recharge my A/C and when again somebody contacted with another offer I again fell in the wrong pool! The gentle man said this time if you recharge with 3- months pack we would give you a free Luggage bag worth Rs 899/-!

I again recharged but when getting recharge they said You A/C is is minus status though I haven't browsed during the left over period in my last recharge session! I got my mind settled for the bag and agreed to recharge my A/c and they did so! But no bag was given!

And service is still more worst, For last one to two months I complained almost daily!

I requested for cancellation and refund of my money but they are not agreeing!

Hope you will take this matter to them and the public so that some body else should not be a victim like me!

I want to get full refund of my money with fine ! thank you!

Hello Nagendra,

I have been through the same process and have not received my refund up until today(its been over a month). I would request you to get in contact with me on my email ID akash.aiesec@gmail.com as I’m going to file a complaint against them and take them to court. I would need atleast 10 people who’ve fraudulently duped by You Broadband to file a strong case.

Please let me know.
