We have never received any payment for that mentioned order number. We also informed you by mail on 7-02-2016 to apurba.silpo@gmail.com but never received any reply from your end till date.

After checking your complain in this site , We again verify with your bank and found NO , THERE IS NO PAYMENT FROM YOUR END. So we request you to check the same with our bank before write any comment.
We also requesting you that if you have any mail from our or your bank regarding payment where it is showing that you have made payment to " Shree Balaji Enterprise" please send to us, because your mentioned Payment acknowledgement 48719741 number not found in our bank statement as we cross checked with our Bank again.
