I have ordered a bouquet online from for Rs 800. Within few minutes i got the call from the vendor, the person told me to pay Rs. 200 extra if i want this to be delivered. I did not agree to that, because it was not mentioned while i order this request. So i requested them to cancel this order. But the person told me to pay Rs. 200, else GET LOST and cancellation is not possible. I do not even know where to pay the extra Rs.200.

From that time onward, they are not responding and the bouquet is also not delivered yet. I lost my money for no reason.

I'm requesting your help in getting my money back and take appropriate action on such fraudsters. Please let me know if you need any additional details.
